Cancellation Policy
•All appointments that are cancelled within 30 days up to 15 days of your scheduled appointment day will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the service(s) booked.
•All appointments cancelled within 14 days up to 8 days from your scheduled appointment day, will result in a 75% cancellation fee.
•All appointments cancelled within 7 days up to the day of your scheduled appointment, will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
•Appointments cancelled over the weekend or on a holiday, will be considered cancelled as of the next business day.
•Failure to show for your appointment will result in a 100% No-Show fee of the service(s) booked.
•If you No-Show an appointment outside of business hours, a 25% inconvenience fee will be charged in addition to the No-Show fee.
•If you’re more than five minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a no show and fee will be applied.
•Failure to comply will result in being denied further bookings. If repeated cancellations happen, a 100% non-refundable booking fee will be required before scheduling any future appointments.
