•All deposits are known as booking fees & are non-refundable. •All appointments that are cancelled within 30 days up to eight days of your scheduled appointment day will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the service(s) booked. •All appointments cancelled within 7 days up to the day of your scheduled appointment, will result in a 100% cancellation fee. •Appointments cancelled over the weekend or on a holiday, will be considered cancelled as of the next business day. •Failure to show for your appointment will result in a 100% No-Show fee of the service(s) booked. •If you No-Show an appointment outside of normal business hours, a 25% inconvenience fee will be charged in addition to the No-Show fee. •If you’re more than five minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a no show and fee will be applied. •All Ladies’ Day In events are 100% non-refundable, no matter how much notice is given. •Failure to comply will result in being denied further bookings. If repeated cancellations happen, a 100% non-refundable booking fee will be required before scheduling any future appointments. •Consistent reschedule requests done by the same client, will result in a 50% non-transferrable fee, in addition to the full cost of your service(s). This fee is equal to 50% of the cost of your originally scheduled service(s). •Gift Certificate recipients & Giveaway winners- if you late cancel or no show your appointment, the cancellation fees will apply. The services are only free and certificates are only redeemable if you come in for your appointment. **All gift certificates purchased online expire one year after purchase date and are non-refundable. By checking this box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all policies listed above. You further agree that any violation or breach of this contract will result in forfeiture of your right to dispute or initiate a chargeback for any transactions with your bank or financial institution.
